Lisa brings years of valuable expertise as GCT’s Administrative Operations and SAP Support Specialist. Since the company’s founding, she has been instrumental in its growth, working closely with the owner to deliver customized solutions that meet each client’s needs. Through extensive collaboration, Lisa has developed a deep understanding of the industry’s challenges and consistently helps clients achieve their goals. She plays a central role in streamlining processes, managing data, overseeing integration services, and supporting SAP-driven maintenance initiatives. Sashank is a rising senior at the University of British Columbia majoring in Computer Science. He leads GCT's new initiative ServiceCube: a next generation ERP and CMMS startup for the maintenance and mining industry. He last interned at Databricks as part of the App Platform Infrastructure Team, building scalable and rapid systems for high-fidelity e2e validation. Previously, he interned at HubSpot and Arista Networks, both on product teams. Sashank is highly passionate about building user-centric products that solve everyday problems for customers, as well as solutions that scale well and are able to manage heavy traffic.

Zain is contributing to the development of a next-generation software platform for the mining and maintenance industry. He works across the full stack, building user-focused ReactJS web applications and designing RESTful NodeJS APIs. Zain also manages MySQL database architecture and maintains Azure cloud resources to ensure secure, scalable, and cost-efficient deployments. He is committed to delivering secure, efficient software solutions that improve operational workflows and enhance the overall user experience

Ethan is a recent graduate from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor Degree of Science specializing in- Mathematics, Physics and Environmental Sciences. He is employed as a Materials and Planning Technician at GCT, currently working on a special project to improve business processes at Detour Lake Mine. Collaborating closely with his colleague Jackson Thomas, Ethan focuses on implementing kitting systems and redesigning staging areas to better support maintenance teams. His hands-on approach, solutions-driven mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement help optimize material flow and field efficiency, enhancing day-to-day performance on site.

Jackson is a graduate from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Mining Engineering. He is currently working on a special project to improve business processes at Detour Lake Mine, collaborating with Ethan Grunys to optimize material flow and strengthen operational workflows. With certifications in Mine Rescue, Jackson brings a strong safety-first approach to every project. His passion for the mining industry and attention to detail help him develop systems that are both efficient and resilient in demanding field environments.
