 Adam Grunys, with over 25 years in the maintenance industry, is a seasoned expert in optimizing operations across various mining sectors including open-pit, underground, and milling, as well as in municipal utilities. His professional journey from mechanic to strategic consultant has equipped him with a rich blend of technical and managerial skills. Adam excels in integrating sophisticated ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, and 4site into maintenance workflows, tailoring solutions to meet the unique challenges and needs of each mining environment. His approach enhances operational efficiency and drives sustainable growth. Under his leadership, the company is committed to delivering state-of-the-art solutions and fostering enduring client relationships. 

 Sashank is a rising senior at the University of British Columbia majoring in Computer Science. He leads GCT's new initiative ServiceCube: a next generation ERP and CMMS startup for the maintenance and mining industry. He last interned at Databricks as part of the App Platform Infrastructure Team, building scalable and rapid systems for high-fidelity e2e validation. Previously, he interned at HubSpot and Arista Networks, both on product teams. Sashank is highly passionate about building user-centric products that solve everyday problems for customers, as well as solutions that scale well and are able to manage heavy traffic.
